Prenatal Fitness

According to the American Council of Gynecology and Obstetrics, in most cases where the pregnancy is healthy, it is safe to continue most types of exercises.  Understandably though, it may be difficult for some to navigate fitness programs and exercises after becoming pregnant.  Mama’s Ocean offers one on one training to help you achieve an active and fit pregnancy.

What are your postnatal fitness goals?  Mama’s Ocean postnatal fitness coaching focuses on listening to your body, progressing with ease, and creating the healthiest, most fit version of you.  Ayanna discourages rushing back into fitness, and requires all clients to wait 6-8 weeks postpartum before starting to train.  In some cases she may encourage clients to give themselves even more time. Ayanna will work with clients on an individual basis to help them set and reach their fitness and wellness goals.
